I don't do weddings...

As a general rule, I don't do weddings. The bride used to work at the daycare I send the girls to, and she's probably one of the most kind-hearted girls I've met. I couldn't refuse when she asked. Here are a few shots from her wedding earlier this month. Every detail was beautiful, from the guest book... ...to the centerpieces ...the ceremony seats ...the head table. ...and the bridal bouquet! It's a wedding picture of her Mom and Dad. Her Dad passed away and wasn't able to be there. This was a very sentimental way of including him in her special day. So in love! And the location was pretty amazing. Look at Mark watching her walk down the aisle. I love bagpipes! Thanks Bridget and Mark for letting me part of your special day!

The Hayride

Each year in October, my cousin Josh and his wife Jessica host a hayride. This year they bought pumpkins for all the kids and had a pumpkin carving contest. The girls loved it. Paige carefully eyeing the innards. I love this expression! She's not fond of goo. Cady, on the other hand, didn't care. Yes, I know she's adorable in her ridiculous wolf hat. See how she's also lost her front tooth? Yay! Carefully holding her hair out of the way of the goo. My thug. My sister (a.k.a. Awesome Aunt Monica) Baby P and her Grandma. Grandma is SO greedy with that baby. ;) I never get to hold her!

Cella's newborn pics

This sweet pea made me work for it :) She has the strongest legs and kept trying to creep off the blankets. Such sweet eyes! She slept a little bit And looked angelic doing it! I caught a half a smile Wake up bright eyes! She wasn't too fond of me after the shoot. She must be thinking "Take this thing off me now!" Thanks, Kelly, for letting me capture these!

Soccer

THIS (and school, and work, and a new-ish baby) is why I've been neglecting the blog. My parents come to most of the girls' games. My Mom holds Brinley (and puts her to sleep) Sometimes she sits in her carseat and puts herself to sleep. Soccer bores her...despite the abundance of people who love babies and tell her how pretty she is. Cady loves soccer socks. Going in for the steal. Shorty getting ready to do a throw in. The throw in. I'm not sure if she's kicking or dancing. Maybe a little of both? That was earlier in the day. Now it's Paige's turn to play. Cady brought Paige's stuffed dog to the game to cheer her on. Brinley got to snuggle with her Dad. This is Paige's first year on a full field. The game's a lot slower. Why yes, their uniforms ARE bright green (and will be for the next several years). I'm not a fan. They play teams from other towns now. Well hi Paige! Goalie  This c...

Yes, my daughter's adorable

Daycare put Brinley's first pony in! She's pretty, and she knows it. In fact, I'm pretty sure she thinks her name is 'Pretty,' and not 'Brinley.'
