A Waterfront Wedding by Leigh Duncan is the third book in the Heart’s Landing series, and is a wonderful, feel-good, and modern romance. I really liked the first two books in this series, so I was looking forward to visiting this close-knit and charming town again. The story is set primarily at two wedding venues, Evelyn’s historical Captain’s Cottage, & Ryan’s freshly restored waterfront boathouse. Once friends, Ryan & Evelyn are not only competing for the honor of hosting an upcoming wedding with high stakes, but are also thrown together to help the bride and groom navigate a number of emotional hurdles. Will they rekindle their friendship? Will it evolve into more? What happens when the winning venue is revealed? Leigh Duncan has impressed me again with her attention to detail. I really liked watching the relationship with Evelyn and Ryan evolve. I’m definitely looking forward to the next book in the series!

With Paige working at a local party store, she's acquired quite the skillset when it comes to balloon art. She's taught me a thing or two and we put our heads together and created a surprise for Brinley's ninth birthday! I love how it turned out!

 Dropping on the 15th is the new 2021 Erin Condren Asian Pacific American Heritage Month Collection! May marks the start of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, and between 4/15/21 & 5/31/21 Erin Condren will donate 35% of the net proceeds from these designs to Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC). AAJC is a not-for-profit organization advocating for human rights for Asian Americans and a fair and equitable society for all.  Four Asian Pacific American artists were chosen to be a part of this collaboration.
